2. Rihanna Wordpress theme - a 3-column lightweight, versatile and widget-ready theme designed by Terry Ng.
3. Grid Mark - is a link that you add to your bookmarks to overlay a layout grid on any website. It is cross-browser, activated by simply loading a bookmark and can overlay a ruler, a layout grid, or any custom image you supply.
4. Trevilian Way - it is a new free magazine style, grid-based design, widget-ready and tag-ready Wordpress theme. Have a look the nice demo site here.
5. CSS Temps - a small site that brings to you a bunch of free CSS templates for download.
6. Top 10K at Technorati Rank - the current rank is 9,460 and there is totally 861 blog reactions to CSS Juice.
7. Upstart Blogger is for sale - if you don’t know who is Robert Ellis, you might probably saw his quality free Wordpress themes before.
8. CodePress - free web-based source code editor with real time syntax highlighting while it’s being typed in the browser. Syntax highlighting support for PHP, Java, JavaScript, Perl, HTML and CSS.
9. FileLime - it’s the only one free file hosting site that i would be very happy to recommend to all of my readers. It is simple, fast and completely no mess, clutter advertisements. It is time to thrown away your ImageShack and other outdated uploading sites.
10. ViewAT -it’s a really slick panoramic photo service where you can have a cool browse experience through other people’s panoramic photos even without a widescreen monitor and upload your own. The flash viewer lets you pan around and enjoy big panoramic shots in their full glory.
11. Blabto - is a social network like Twitter that allows you to keep in touch with others and lets the world know where and what you are doing quickly.

Filelime is cool, but is making many changes (look at it). Two times has everything I’ve uploaded result in a RED X, and I’ve had to reupload somewhere else. Just giving you a heads up that either their files expire or they’re still not reliable enough to be a public service.
